MEET THE DESIGNER

Since a young child, I have always been in awe of events, from cakes to décor I could sit for hours and look at how an event would come together.  Upon joining the Military planning events became my stress relief.  I would assist my co-workers and Soldiers in various celebrations and quickly became known as the go to event coordinator for both office and personal events.  In 2018 while preparing for retirement and with the support of my close circle it was time to step out on faith and Finer Events was born. Upon retiring after 24 years of service in 2022 Finer Events is now both my business and forever my passion.

Wedding and event planning is truly my passion and Finer Events is my baby.  I take pride in serving our couples to make sure they walk away from their wedding feeling nothing but bliss from start to finish of their entire process.  We take the extra step and pay attention to details which always results in a Finer event for you and your guests.

Even though Finer events is my baby I have a few other favorite things in life and their names are Shania, Harmony, and Heaven.  My two daughters and granddaughter. I also love traveling, brunch with friends and anything that keeps the creative spark going. I am elated to be given the gift and ability to provide my expertise to others at such a momentous time in their lives.  As I love saying It’s Go Time!!
